The Rockethub Mentorship Program is an integral part of our ecosystem, offering a unique blend of guidance, expertise, and networking opportunities. By connecting emerging startups with experienced mentors, we create a nurturing environment where knowledge and experience are shared freely.

Eligibility Criteria
Mentors have to meet at least one of the following criteria:
3+ years of Startup leadership
3+ years of advisory support to Startups
Expertise in the Swiss or International Startup Ecosystem
A substantial network for assisting startups
Mentor Conditions
Commit to 30–60 minute mentoring sessions when matched with a Rockethub Startup.
Provide valuable feedback through a designated form after each session.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during sessions.
Supply necessary information for continuous improvement of the Mentorship Program upon clear explanation of objectives.
Process
Rockethub Startups can reach out to a Rockethub Mentor via MyRockethub platform, where all Mentors are displayed with their respective description, areas of expertise and LinkedIn profile. Particularly, Rockethub Startups need to provide the following information:
Desired discussion topic
Several date proposals
Preference regarding in-person or online meeting
Short introduction of their Startup
Should Rockethub Mentors be reached out by a Rockethub Startup, they are expected to allocate time for 30 to 60-minute mentoring sessions. The frequency of sessions will be determined by mutual agreement between mentors and startups and there is no obligation in proceeding with more sessions if it is not considered valuable by both parties. After each session, both parties are expected to hand in feedback for a continuous improvement of the Program.
